By using our application, you are deemed to have accepted the processing of your personal data under the terms specified within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by the addressee Falyade Consulting Services (hereinafter referred to as "Falyade") in the capacity of data controller within the scope and conditions explained below.

While benefiting from the spiritual consultancy services we offer through the Falyade platform, your following personal data are processed:
Your collected personal data is processed limitedly and proportionally for the following purposes within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
Falyade does not sell your personal data to third parties or share it for marketing purposes without permission. Your processed data, within the legal framework and as a requirement of the service, may be transferred;
Your personal data is protected against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction with the highest level of administrative and technical measures. Your data is kept for the period required by the purpose of processing or until the end of the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. At the end of the period, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with KVKK standards.
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject (user), you have the following rights:
You can forward any requests and questions regarding your rights under KVKK by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by contacting us via our contact page. Your applications will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
