This text explains the principles regarding the processing of your personal data within the scope of the services offered by Falyade. By using our application, you are deemed to have accepted the processing of your personal data under the terms specified within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Please read this text carefully before using our services.

CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Identity of the Data Controller

In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by the addressee Falyade Consulting Services (hereinafter referred to as "Falyade") in the capacity of data controller within the scope and conditions explained below.

2. Your Processed Personal Data

While benefiting from the spiritual consultancy services we offer through the Falyade platform, your following personal data are processed:

  • Identity and Contact Information: Name-surname, e-mail address, phone number.
  • Service Specific Information: Information such as date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, which you shared completely with your own consent, in order to perform spiritual analyses (birth chart, tarot, etc.).
  • Transaction and Security Information: IP address and system log records of website usage.
  • Financial Information: Details required for payment transactions (This information is not kept by us, it is processed directly through the BRSA approved contracted payment institution).

3. Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data is processed limitedly and proportionally for the following purposes within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

  • Providing the spiritual consultancy services you request and creating session appointments,
  • Communicating with you, managing requests and complaints,
  • Completing payment transactions securely, carrying out accounting and financial processes,
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing platform quality,
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations (such as law no 5651).

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Falyade does not sell your personal data to third parties or share it for marketing purposes without permission. Your processed data, within the legal framework and as a requirement of the service, may be transferred;

  • To authorized payment institutions to carry out payment transactions,
  • To accounting service providers for tracking financial processes,
  • To government authorities if requested due to a legal obligation.

5. Data Security and Retention Period

Your personal data is protected against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction with the highest level of administrative and technical measures. Your data is kept for the period required by the purpose of processing or until the end of the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. At the end of the period, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with KVKK standards.

6. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject (user), you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To request correction of your incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of KVKK conditions,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, or to object to its processing.

You can forward any requests and questions regarding your rights under KVKK by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by contacting us via our contact page. Your applications will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
