These Terms of Use regulate the legal relations between Falyade Consulting Services operating under the Falyade brand (hereinafter briefly referred to as the "Service Provider") and the user visiting the site and/or purchasing services through the platform (hereinafter briefly referred to as the "User"). By using our platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
All services (astrology, tarot, and other spiritual consultancy) offered on the Falyade platform are entirely within the scope of entertainment, personal development, and interpretation-based content. None of the services provided constitutes a medical diagnosis or health service, psychological counseling, legal counseling, or financial investment advice and cannot be used for these purposes.
Only individuals aged 18 and over can benefit from the services offered on our platform. The user accepts in advance that they purchased the service of their own free will, that the interpretations made are entirely the subjective evaluation of the consultant, and that they do not contain any scientific or concrete certainty.
The Service Provider does not guarantee the realization of any future event or situation. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for any situation that may arise due to the user taking the consultancy or interpretations received from the platform as a direct reference in their life decisions. Falyade does not have any legal or penal liability in case of any material or moral loss, damage, or loss of expectation that may be experienced.
Since the services provided are in the nature of digital content and instantly performed services, absolutely no refund can be made after the service is performed (after the interpretation or session is completed). Only cancellation requests made before the service is provided can be considered. In case of any technical glitch, the service is provided to the User again.
In addition, the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide service to the User and to cancel the transaction unilaterally in cases that contain insults and profanity, contain unlawful requests, or demand certainty on sensitive issues such as health, death, pregnancy, and diagnosis.
The intellectual property rights of all logos, designs, texts, and content on the Falyade website belong to the Service Provider. The Service Provider reserves the right to change or update these Terms of Use without prior notice in line with developing conditions and legal regulations.
